Long time no post

The Sheridan's have been sadly absent from the blogsphere lately. We have various excuses for this, but none of them are probably of interest to anyone reading this. Instead, here's a story from Laura's trip to the DMV today. I was at the DMV and a little Hispanic lady walked up to the desk and asked, in very poor English, if anyone there spoke Spanish. The man she talked to didn't speak Spanish and went on to inform her that NO ONE there spoke Spanish. Not one person. Not a single person. What's that about? Simply put it's madness. It angers me, but I also find it ridiculous. How is this organization serving it's clients? By ignoring their needs altogether. Not a practical approach to getting your job done.
